Syringa Networks, LLC (“Syringa,” "we," "us," and/or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Syringa App Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or utilize our mobile application (the "Application"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOUDO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of thisPrivacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. Information You Provide through the Application: We collect personal information from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you contact us with inquiries, and when you register to use the Application. If you provide information within the Application, you acknowledge and agree that such information may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Syringa and any authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's storage. Access to device storage is required for voluntary user input of images or documents associated with Application notifications. By changing device storage permissions, Application upload capabilities will become disabled and may cause the Application to stop working properly.
Mobile Device Data: We collect device information such as your mobile deviceID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, and location.
Push Notifications: The Application requires use of push notifications. This means you will receive messages on your device from time to time in connection with the Application.
Cookies and Web Beacons: We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize theApplication and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Application.You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser's settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.

Vendors, Consultants and Other Service Providers: Syringa, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions could include hosting and maintenance services, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, and database management. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Sale or Bankruptcy: If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information could be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline honor commitments we made in thisPrivacy Policy.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect, error free, or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. As the Application is accessible using the internet and/or remote connectivity, we cannot and do not guarantee complete security.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by us other than information collected through the Application, which is required for you to access and login to the Application. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Syringa through the Application or through any other means.This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All UnsolicitedInformation shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Syringa shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.
We do not knowingly market to, solicit, or collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information through the Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’sInternet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide information through the Application without their permission. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our systems.

Syringa is providing the following notices (“California Privacy Notices”) pursuant to the
California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, effective January 1, 2023 (“CPRA”). These California Privacy Notices supplement Syringa’s global privacy notice and applies solely to all Application users, consumers, and others who reside in the State of California or are considered California“Residents” under the CCPA & CPRA (for purposes of this Section 9, “consumers” or“you”). This Section 9 does not apply to persons that do not reside in the State ofCalifornia or that are not considered California Residents.
Terms used in this Section 9, which are not otherwise defined, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the CCPA & CPRA.
Information Syringa Collects: Syringa collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device. As of the date hereof Syringa collects (and/or has collected) personal consumer information for each of the categories in which “Yes” is identified in the “Collected?”column of the table below. Please note, however, that not all information is “personal information” or “sensitive personal information” within the meaning of the CCPA (for example, as more fully described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(v), “personal information” does not include publically available information or de-identified or aggregated consumer information). Further, a response of “Yes” within the “Collected?” column of the table below does not necessarily mean that Syringa collects all of the information contained in the “Examples” column for the applicable category.

Use of Personal Information: Consistent with the CCPA & CPRA, we may use or disclose the personal information we collect from consumers for one or more of the following purposes:
• To fulfill or meet the reason for which the information is provided.
• To create, maintain, and secure your account through the Application.
• Performing services including maintaining or servicing Syringa accounts.
Syringa will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice
Disclosure of Personal Information Third Parties: Syringa does not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.
Consumer Rights and Choices: The CCPA provides California consumers with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights: You have the right to request disclosure of certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, Syringa will disclose to you:

• The categories of sources for the personal information Syringa collected about you.
• Syringa’s business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.

Deletion Request Rights: You have the right to request that Syringa delete any of your personal information we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, Syringa will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
Syringa may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
• Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Syringa cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with Syringa.
Response Timing and Format: Verifiable consumer requests will be answered within forty-five (45) days of receipt, unless more time is needed (up to an additional 45 days), in which case we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. A written response will be delivered by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of the verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
Syringa does not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Changes to this Privacy Notice: Syringa reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on Syringa’s website and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of Syringa’s website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
